Yes, we offer customized orders on all our National Flag Swimsuits, simply input your requirements in the more information box when placing your order or send us an email at info@genesisswimwear.com.

Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons all sales on swimwear/underwear are final. If you wish to change the style or size of your swimsuit, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee for your original item. All exchanges must be done within five (5) days of purchase.

Please allow five (5) to seven (7) days for processing of exchange.

Customer is responsible for the shipping fees to send exchanges back to Genesis Swimwear.

No exchanges or returns will be accepted for sale items. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

Please contact us as soon as possible. As long as your item has not left our warehouse, we should be able to make changes. If in the case your item has shipped, we will not be able to make any changes or adjustments. Please note that all exchanges and cancelations are subject to a 15% processing fee and all shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

Good news! We usually restock our most popular items once bi-weekly. You can be notified by email when we receive additional stock by clicking the “Email Me When More Sizes Are Available” link that is located on the page of the item. Once the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We ask to allow up to 48 business hours for an order to be processed and shipped and an additional 48 hours for all custom orders. Please note that all orders placed on Friday will be shipped out on Tuesday.
