All our products are priced in US currency.
Do you offer customized orders?
Yes, we offer customized orders on all our National Flag Swimsuits, simply input your requirements in the more information box when placing your order or send us an email at email@example.com.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
How do I contact Genesis Swimwear?
We would LOVE to hear from you. We are available by email and our Contacts Us form located on our homepage. Our customer care email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. We respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours.
How do I change or cancel an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. As long as your item has not left our warehouse, we should be able to make changes. If in the case your item has shipped, we will not be able to make any changes or adjustments. Please note that all exchanges and cancelations are subject to a 15% processing fee and all shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
I’m in LOVE with an item but it shows sold out.
Good news! We usually restock our most popular items once bi-weekly. You can be notified by email when we receive additional stock by clicking the “Email Me When More Sizes Are Available” link that is located on the page of the item. Once the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away.
How long after I place my order will it ship?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We ask to allow up to 48 business hours for an order to be processed and shipped and an additional 48 hours for all custom orders. Please note that all orders placed on Friday will be shipped out on Tuesday.
