Shipping Policy

We strive to get your swimwear to you as soon as possible. Following credit authorization and verification, your order will be shipped out within 48 hours. Once your order has been shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation. 

 

The shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number allowing you to track your package every step of the way.

All orders are shipped through DHL Express via economy mail or priority mail depending on the shipping option you select at check-out. Shipping transit times begin once your order has been shipped. We ask to allow up to 48 business hours to package and ship your order.

 

Shipping Transit Time:

 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the specified time frame, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. Genesis Swimwear does not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.

 

International Shipping:

Free Shipping promo does not apply to international orders unless specified. International delivery times are not guaranteed due to the possibility of delays caused by the customs clearance process. Depending on the destination country it can take up to 3-7 business days for packages to be delivered. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons all sales on swimwear/underwear are final.

If you wish to change the style or size of your swimsuit after your order has been shipped a restocking fee of 10% will be applied. 

 

Exchanges requested before an item has not left our facilities are not subject to a restocking fee. All exchanges must be done within five (5) days of purchase. 

Please allow five (5) to seven (7) business days for the processing of the exchange. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees for exchanges.

No exchanges or refunds will be facilitated for sale items or discount code purchases.

No more than one discount code can be applied at checkout.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
